On April 26, U.K. based electropop band Fenech-Soler (pronounced: Feneck-Solar) played in Washington D.C. on the opening show of their first North American tour, featuring support from Arkansas based alternative band Knox Hamilton. Starting the evening off, the crowd was small, with the 500 capacity room barely passing 100 people, though the energy was incredibly high. Knox Hamilton pumped the crowd up with their stage presence and undeniably catchy songs before the main act of the evening took the stage. Fenech-Soler completely blew everyone in the room away once they began performing. The two brothers Ross and Ben Duffy looked so happy to play music that their smiles were contagious, quickly passing onto the crowd. The band played fan favorites such as “Kaleidoscope” and “Last Forever”.
