Billie Eilish Brings Together Kansas City

By Katie Rich @richlkatie · On June 14, 2019

Billie Eilish‘s growth since her Soundcloud debut of “Ocean Eyes” in 2016 has sprouted exponentially. The same is to be said about ticket sales for her sprint North American tour, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Eilish sold out a 3,200 capacity venue in Kansas City in 10 minutes and was immediately bumped to a larger space that could easily hold double the size.

With almost every seat filled and an extremely monitored floor, fans were bound physically and spiritually in sharing a fiery passion for Eilish’s music. It was truly astonishing to see in real time how contagiously an enthusiasm for someone can grow.

Billie responded to the zealous crowd with an equal amount of energy. The amount of work put into production paid off and is resonating with concertgoers even days after the show.
