Over the last six or seven years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience Bring Me the Horizon’s phases, from Suicide Season classics to their latest release, Mantra. Throughout the years of change and growth, one truth has been consistent in their performances: perform intentionally, and you’ll receive feedback from a crowd that is completely entranced by the experience.
With an iconic lineup, featuring opening acts from internet sensation Poppy and Sleeping With Sirens, the Threesome Tour reminded me of the days when I would wait in line for hours to ensure a spot on the barricade. No matter where you were, you felt like you were front and center of the stage.
As always, Bring Me the Horizon’s production was nothing short of extraordinary. With an LED-screen backdrop that reached to the ceiling and stairs that led to the moon, the five-piece band had more than enough room on stage to call their own. The headlining act also included dancers into their set, which fulfilled the dance-enthusiast inside me. I left the concert blown away and inspired again by Bring Me the Horizon.
